Safety on and around playground is very important for our kids. Equally as important we want their childhood play to be safe, healthy, and happy. This is why we created these extra safety adds for our climbers. Safety legs was made to reduce tipping over possibility to Maximum. Each safety leg has soft cork pads which doesn't slip and scratch floor. Climber with safety legs can be used indoors and outdoors.

If you would still like to return your product, Bilauf’s return policy is as follows:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
Prior to shipping a return to us, obtain a return authorization by contacting support.
As is customary with internet shopping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.
We can create a return shipping label for you, so you can take advantage of our discounted shipping rates. In this case shipping fees will be deducted from the total product refund issued.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned order
Package the product you are returning thoroughly, so it will arrive undamaged. Items damaged during return shipment due to insufficient packaging may be assessed additional fees prior to the refund being processed.
Customized products are not eligible for returns. Components deemed inoperable may be replaced, but not for aesthetic reasons.

Please note that if you purchased the product through a re-seller, return requests must be processed through the re-seller. Bilauf is unable to refund you directly.

Our goal is to make safe furniture for you , your family, and the earth. We’re using durable, safe pieces that are meant to last. With normal wear, our furniture should endure for 5 years.

"Bilauf" warranty the craftsmanship and materials of the products up to 5 years from the initial date of purchase through our shop or authorized re-sellers.

These Limited Warranties cover:

damages due normal wear or during shipping
replacement of defective parts

These Limited Warranties do not cover:

damages resulting from improper use or abuse,
damages resulting from improper or unapproved cleaning methods,
damages resulting from exposure to sunlight, any liquid, household humidity,
damages or defects caused by use of chemical treatments or protective coatings on the finish,
damages resulting from any alteration in the original parts of the products

These Limited Warranties are non-transferable. These are only given to the original purchaser, subject to all the terms and conditions above.
